Planetarium Project
My planet is one that was taken
over by radiation after it’s core imploded on itself. The heat of the rose from
the core of the planet and seeped into the soil causing it to heat the
atmosphere until the terrain became barren and uninhabitable. The ground is
rough and rocky, the once soft soil, now dry, rigid, rock. The terrain glows a
tinge of pink from the radiation that can be seen from space. Any form of life
has been obliterated and the skeletons have all turned to dust, which has
incorporated itself into the piles of rock and dirt that cover the surface of
the planet. The mountains that erode from the harsh windstorms tend to glow a
phosphorescent yellow from night to day and the surface of the planet is
speckled with craters varying in size.
There are no life forms that can
survive on my planet, as there is no water or habitable land. There are no
skeletons to prove the species that inhabited the planet before the radiation
overwhelmed the surface, however the samplings of dust collected in certain
areas indicated that within it was particles similar to that of bone marrow.
This could show us that there were in fact prior in habitants of this planet,
but due to the immensity of the radiation, we can never know for sure what was
here.
